Synopsis

In a quiet town, two identical clouds hang in the sky. As the whole town is preparing to welcome the ex-minister, the weak and sick ex-mayor mysteriously regains his strength, and accidentally kills a stray dog. He must now confront his buried guilt, illusions of power, and the quiet decay of the community.
